Day 5: #YogaBuilders

For the 5th edition of #YogaBuilders we’ll be working on building a home practice. All of the flows used for this challenge can be joined together to make a sequence to use at home!

BACKBEND FLOW:
Child’s pose with tucked toes
High plank
Knees-chest-chin
Low cobra
-x3-
Downward facing dog
3 legged dog with hip flexor stretch
Bridge or wheel
Supine bound angle

Feel free to adjust your breaths for each pose to allow for longer holds 💙
