How long does it take to achieve the splits? There is no set time frame as every BODY is different but with the right amount of work, consistency and breath you will definitely see progress in your range of motion within a few weeks. Practice makes progress.

When I first started practicing yoga I could barely touch my toes, my body and breath connection was super off and I pretty much had no spatial awareness. Every time I moved, my mind would tell me I looked weird or silly. Mentally, I was filled with self hate. Yoga helped me tune in with MY body and understand the way it moves. Take your time to listen to your body, step out of your mind and let your body flow to the connection of your breath. Once your mind can appreciate that connection without judgment or comparison then invite it in for the ultimate union of mind, breath and body. For me, that is yoga 💙
