In this series we’ll be using static and dynamic stretching to increase our mobility and stability of the hips and other areas needed to properly perform a split.

Achieving the splits takes consistency, patience and breath. Take your practice one day at a time and enjoy the journey. Listen to your body. If at any moment you need to pause, take a break or modify, please feel free to do so.

  2. Ma’am could you do a series that leads us into frog pose? Sometimes I feel I need to do that pose so badly but it is painful. I need to warm my way into it
