Ingredients :

For Rabdi
Full fat Milk – 1/2 Lt
Almond – 1/2 cup
Pistachios – 1/2 cup
Saffron Strands – 10 to 15 no’s
Food color – few drops
Sugar – 1/2 cup (150gms)

For Chena Patties
Full fat Milk – 1 Lt
Vinegar – 2 Tsp
Ice cubes – few
Corn flour – 1 Tsp

For Sugar Syrup
Sugar – 1 cup
Water – 4 cups
