So, we did 7 Days of Back Mobility last week and I’m getting a lot of requests for drills for working on the splits. 5 Days of Split Work starts Saturday! The videos will be posted on IGTV ☺️💙

This series will have the peak pose of splits (hanumanasana) but it is totally available to those just wanting to simply work on their hip mobility 🧘🏽‍♀️
