Step inside this Lord of the Rings Approved Hobbit Home

This Hobbit Knoll is a Lord of the Rings approved engineering marvel. This 90% underground home was excavated in Asheville, North Carolina. Join us as it’s creator takes us on a very unique and inspirational home tour. The front of the home opens up with a large glass door looking out on a breathtaking layered mountain view. Including many replica props from the film series like Gandalf’s Pipe, swords, ropes and original books from JRR TOLKIEN. The 800 sq ft home features many unique designs and decorative touches, including two handmade round doors! There is one bedroom with a queen bed, a full bathroom with a sink, toilet, and a walk-in shower. The large living area includes a queen-size murphy bed, kitchenette, farm style table, gas fireplace, TV (Netflix, YouTubeTV), wifi and many games for the family. Also, kick back in the outdoor space around the fire pit and take in a magical sunset! Want to stay here? We got you covered:

“In a hole in the ground there lived a hobbit. Not a nasty, dirty, wet hole, filled with the ends of worms and an oozy smell, nor yet a dry, bare, sandy hole with nothing in it to sit down on or to eat: it was a hobbit-hole, and that means comfort.” –The Hobbit
