Today we’ll be giving some love to our upper back and shoulders. You’ll need a stick or yoga strap for some of the drills.

Tension buildup in your upper back can lead to an array of issues – most commonly neck and shoulder pain and even rotator cuff tears. Stretching and strengthening these areas can help relieve pain, fix poor posture and help prevent injury.

Feel free to pause and take a few more breaths or reps in any drill 🙏🏽
